Express Drop Off

No time to put your items away on the sales floor? Then let us handle it for you! We'll meet you curbside at your selected drop-off time to pick up your items from your car. Allow about 20 minutes for drop off. 

*Items must be sorted by gender, size, & category, like items together, etc. before arrival and in totes, bags or boxes you do NOT wish to get back. No boxes will be returned to sellers. You will also need to ensure that you have any required waivers (for cribs or car seat) printed and signed before arriving OR be prepared to sign them upon arrival. We'll have a copy for you if needed!

The express drop-off fee is $25 in addition to the $15 consignor fee. 

Max 250 items. More than 250 items? You will be charged $10 per 100 items (count is based on your inventory in tags at drop off and rounded up to nearest 100). This extra fee will be deducted from your seller check after the sale.

Valet Tagging

Don't have time to tag but want to rid yourself of clutter? Let our valet tagging team help you. You PREP and drop off items with your valet tagger and they take it from there. Read through the valet guidelines thoroughly and submit application for approval before choosing this option. VALET TAGGING MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY FRAN BEFORE CHOOSING A VALET TIME SLOT.

I am the owner of and have carefully inspected the items that I am consigning.

I understand and agree that Just Between Friends (JBF) of Sugar Land/Rosenberg and Just Between Friends Franchise Systems, Inc. are not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to the items I am consigning.

I understand that there are risks associated with selling items in a public venue, and I have the option to place high value and/or high theft items in more secure locations. It is my responsibility to place my items in these secure areas during Drop Off (please inquire when you arrive).

I understand that JBF of Sugar Land/Rosenberg is only a broker or agent for the Consignor. JBF of Sugar Land/Rosenberg has no obligation to pay for unsold items. Title possession remains with the Consignor.

I understand that I will earn 60% of the gross sales actually received by JBF of Sugar Land/Rosenberg for the items I offer for sale.

I understand JBF Sugar Land/Rosenberg will sell the items I am consigning for the price listed on the barcode tags I have created. I understand that the price sold will be controlled by the printed tag attached to the item & not any subsequent changes online.

I understand if my item is marked full price, it will only be sold at full price; if my item is marked to reduce, it will be discounted during Half Price Presale and on 50% off day. Reduce & donate items will be marked down to 75% during Sort Team shopping on Saturday at 8pm and Sunday, March 2.

I verify that no item I am consigning is the subject of any current, pending or threatened recall notice according to the Consumer Products Safety Commission. I have inspected each item for safety, including checking all pockets for choking hazards or for items that may pose a risk to children.

Each item is clean, in good operating condition & is not defective, broken or damaged in any way. If any item is purchased and returned because it is defective, is missing parts or does not work, I will not be paid any amount for the sale of that item.

I understand that unsold items that are NOT marked DONATE will be sorted to the first letter of my consignor number. I will be responsible for picking up my items from each area.

I understand that by appearing in a public venue as a shopper or consignor, JBF has my permission to use my image in any JBF publicity avenue they choose. I may verbally request to not be photographed at the Sale.

I understand that the email address listed in my JBF Profile will be used to issue my consignor payment via echeck unless I request a paper check sent via US mail.**PLEASE REQUEST PAPER CHECK if you bank with NAVY FEDERAL.**

If I choose to be paid by echeck or paper check and that payment has to be voided and reissued in a different form of payment, I will be charged a $35 fee to place a stop on the original payment and reissue.

I understand that I am responsible for picking up my unsold items on August 3, 2025 during the designated pickup time 4:00 pm-6:00pm. I understand that all remaining unsold consigned items not picked up by 6:01pm are donated after Seller Pickup ends to the designated charity partner.

I understand that if I would like research into an item that does not show sold and is not in my picked up items (i.e. missing items), I will need to complete an inquiry request during pickup. I also acknowledge, should I need research into missing items, my consignor check will not be released until 1-2 weeks after consignor checks are sent out. This is done in an effort to not hold up consignor checks as research into "missing items" takes time.

Please inspect your items carefully for stains, rips, excessive wear, broken toys, dirty baby equipment, missing pieces, etc.

These are the most common items we need to say no thank you to, to help in your inspection.

-Dirty, scuffed shoes
- Stained or ripped clothing
- Dirty or Moldy Strollers or other large baby equipment
- Broken toys
-Missing pieces

All sellers will have a 5 items grace for items we need to say "no thank you" to. After 5 items, sellers will be deducted $0.25 per item from their seller checks.
Example: 8 items rejected - $.75 deducted from seller check.
(5 grace items, 3 items x $0.25 = $0.75)

Each item is clean, in good operating condition & is not defective, broken or damaged in any way. If any item is purchased and returned because it is defective, is missing parts or does not work, I will not be paid any amount for the sale of that item.

I verify that I have inspected my clothing and shoes. My items presented at drop off are without stains, rips, pilling, excessive wear or smoke/pet odors.

My items will be inspected at drop off for JBF quality & safety standards. Items not meeting JBF quality, pricing and/or safety standards will be removed from the sale floor and not available for purchase at the event. I will be charged $.25 per item (after the 5 item grace) that is pulled from the floor.

I verify that my items include all safety straps. Any item that requires safety straps that are not present may not be sold in the sale. Examples include infant items such as: high chairs, swings, mamaroo, ect.

Car Seats must have 1 full year of use left before expiration. To sell a car seat at JBF Sugar Land/Rosenberg you must include waiver AND manual for each component (i.e. car seat and base need separate manuals and waivers even if sold together). Waivers can be found on the confirmation page and email that's sent after the Consignor Waiver is completed.

Cribs manufactured on or after June 28, 2011 may be sold with a required completed Crib Waiver. Download crib waiver HERE. All cribs MUST be assembled at the sale.

**Cribs made before June 28, 2011 are no longer considered safe for infants—that includes all drop side cribs as they pose significant risks to infants. They cannot be sold or donated.

I verify that my battery operated items have working batteries in place. A fee of $1.00 per battery will be charged if JBF Sugar Land/Rosenberg must supply batteries.

I am the owner of and have carefully inspected the items that I am consigning. I am aware of the requirements established by the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA) and related rules and regulations adopted and promulgated by the United States Consumer Produce Safety Commission (CPSC). I represent and warrant that the items that I am consigning do not violate the CPSIA or any related rules or regulations adopted by the CPSC regarding the resale of banned, hazardous or harmful items or products. Specifically, I represent and warrant that the items that I am consigning:

1. Have not been recalled by the CPSC;

2. Do not contain an amount of lead that is prohibited by the CPSIA or the CPSC;

3. Do not contain a concentration of phthalates that is prohibited by the CPSIA or the CPSC;

4. Do not contain flammable materials that are prohibited by the CPSIA or the CPSC;

5. Do not consist of small parts or produce small parts when broken, which could produce a choking hazard;

6. Do not otherwise present a substantial product hazard that has been prohibited by the CPSIA or the CPSC.

I agree to waive relinquish, discharge, release, and covenant not to sue JBF Sugar Land/Rosbenberg (“JBF Franchisee”) and Just Between Friends Franchise Systems, Inc. (“JBF Franchisor”) or any of either entity’s members, officers, directors, agents, employees, and Team Members for any and all claims of injury, damage, or loss that any purchaser of the items I am consigning may have or that may accrue to any purchaser of the items arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with such consigned items.

I agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless JBF Franchisee and JBF Franchisor, and any of either entity’s members, officers, directors, agents, employees, and Team Members from and against, without limitation, any and all claims, loss, damages, forfeitures, penalties, liability, actions, suits, costs and attorney fees arising from or related to the items I am consigning, including, but not limited to, any and all claims, loss, damages, forfeitures, penalties, liability, actions, suits, costs and attorney fees arising from or related to violations of the CPSIA or any related rules and regulations adopted by the CPSC, including but not limited to the warranties indicated above.

I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and acknowledge there is an unknown risk of exposure to COVID-19 through exposure to contaminated objects, as well as through personal contact. I voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed or infected by COVID-19 by participating in a Just Between Friends Consignment Sales Event and that such exposure may result in illness, injury, disability, or death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including but not limited to Just Between Friends, and Team Members, consignors, and customers of Just Between Friends. I voluntarily assume all the forgoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense of any kind. I acknowledge that I have a responsibility not to attend or participate as a Team Member at any Just Between Friends Consignment Sales Event if I am sick or running a fever or if I or a member of my household have been positively diagnosed with COVID-19. I agree to comply with all COVID-19 safety measures established by Just Between Friends, including but not limited to social distancing and certify that I am abiding by state/local laws regarding COVID-19 restrictions. I hereby release and hold harmless Just Between Friends, its employees, officers and vendors from and against all claims of damages and liability resulting from exposure to COVID-19.

I understand that by appearing in a public venue as a shopper or consignor, JBF has my permission to use my image in any JBF publicity avenue they choose. I may verbally request to not be photographed at the Sale.

By signing below, I confirm that: (1) I have read and fully understand this Consignor Agreement and Liability Waiver, the Quality Statement, and Communication Agreement including the Representations and Warranties stated above; (2) I agree to and warrant as stated above; and (3) no one has made to me representations, statements, or inducements that change or modify anything written in this Consignor Agreement and Liability Waiver.
Guest(s) hereby consents to the use by Organizer of his/her likeness taken during the Event and grants and conveys unto the Organizer all right, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by the Organizer during the Guest(s) participation in any activities under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings.
